The NCMH-Public Health Unit was a resource speaker for the Health Promotion Playbook Do-It-Yourself Activity, "Sing it, Dance it, Be Mentally Fit," organized by the Manila Health Department.
The session, which focused on Challenges and Changes during Adolescence, aligned with the event's goal of promoting mental health awareness, emotional expression, and healthy routines among young people. Participants included Grade 7 to 12 students from the Eulogio "Amang" Rodriguez Institute of Science and Technology.
Mr. Marvin T. Baraoidan discussed the physical, cognitive, and behavioral changes experienced during adolescence, while Ms. Kate C.
